Survive against a great danger: supernatural swarms of rats that appeared with the great plague
The player, who gave the highest rank to this game, shares his mind, “Atmospheric storytelling at its best. I was really astounded how the animators and the programmers managed to build the rat physics. It's really incredible how the rats dynamically behave with the environment and enemies. The chemistry between Amicia and Hugos chemistry and their journey was an amalgamation of extremely emotional, charming, and exciting. If you love 18 - 20 hrs of adventure games, this game is a must-play.” Another player says, that, “This was a beautiful game. I loved its medieval scenery and setting, it added to the feel of adventure with long, and fulfilling quests. Aside from that, there is still room for change.
The combat, or however you call it, could use a little improvement. Sometimes it would be a little bit difficult to use and aim at the enemies with the sling, especially when they are fast-moving. Not to mention dodging them. There were a few parts that were quite impossible to surpass without repeating them multiple times, which could get frustrating. (At least in my experience.) Characters could have had animations or changes in their faces while delivering a dialogue that requires emotions, rather than just having a poker face all throughout the game. And in some instances, your companion would randomly get left behind and get eaten by rats whilst being stuck on an object. The trailer has been released for the second part of this game. Judging by the trailer, I could say that they have expanded the gameplay, with new combat, puzzles, maybe new powers, and characters/companions. Just my two cents. Truly excited for the part 2, and can't wait to go on an adventure again with Amicia and Hugo :D”
